1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and lb99 ("the Platform", "lb99", "we", "us", "our"). 3 Account Registration and Management

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active lb99 account at any time. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, lb99 reserves the right to close all but the original account and to void any transactions, bets, or bonuses associated with the duplicate accounts. Balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lb99 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. lb99 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. 4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

5 Betting Rules and Sportsbook Policy

5.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on lb99's sportsbook are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details — including the selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming placement. lb99 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances where lb99 determines, at its sole discretion, that an error in odds has occurred.

5.2 Odds and Market Suspension

5.3 Void Bets and Refunds

Bets may be voided in the following circumstances: event cancellation, match abandonment (where lb99's specific sport rules do not provide for a settlement in such cases), obvious pricing errors, or confirmed integrity breaches. Voided bets are refunded to the player's lb99 BDT balance in full. Voided selections within accumulators are treated as non-runners, and the accumulator odds are recalculated accordingly.

5.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum winnings per bet are subject to per-event and per-sport limits, which are displayed in the sportsbook rules section. lb99 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum payout available to any individual player at any time, without notice and without being required to provide a reason, particularly where unusual or suspicious betting patterns are identified.

5.5 Cricket and BPL Specific Rules

For Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) and other cricket markets, lb99's cricket betting rules specify the minimum number of overs required for a match result to stand for various market types. In the case of weather interruptions, the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method result is accepted as the official result for settlement purposes where it has been applied by the relevant cricket authority. 6 Casino and Slot Game Rules

6.1 Game Providers and RNG Certification

10 Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Closure by the Player

Before closing your account, lb99 will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money balances, subject to standard KYC requirements. 11 Limitation of Liability

lb99 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from: internet service disruptions on the player's side; mobile device hardware or software failures; incorrect bet placement by the player; betting based on inaccurate odds displayed due to a technical error that was subsequently corrected; or the player's failure to read and comply with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit lb99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12.3 Entire Agreement
